1.  2 ladies & 2 guys to start the game

2. 2 guys / 3 ladies  running around at all times
can use a lady or male for goalie

3. game clock will start at set time

4. face off on high sticking

5. no hitting from behind, no slashing, no fighting

6. game times, two periods of 20 & 25 minutes
